oo, I need peace. Received my Coach's email. am reading it.
Tiring camp. Been a long time since I felt such ache over my whole body. Ha! Had sea rowing for both Saturday and Sunday. Was really exhausted. Food was shitos. That is why I've always hated camps. No choice no choice .. Regatta is coming! Chiong ah!
