Lost my 4x100 and was so screwed up sitting at the stadium without winning anything. Weijian and I decided to take part in the Vertical Marathon with Joanne. We got first in the open's category. Unbelivable. LoLx. Jeffrey Lee won a Long Distance competition. screwed, but at least I got home with a gold throphy. Was so pleased after the run that I smiled from ear till ear with Weijian till my cheeks got cramped. Ha ! Big thanks to Joanne and Weijian! whoo..
Rushed to Kallang for training after the prize presentation. I slept my way throughout during the journey. tiring and hot day. full cardio work out today. I think I burned fats and muscles today. That's bad.
Have to be at Kallang tomorrow at 12pm again for the MR 500 training. =] work hard!
