I recalled the past I had, and I found out that it was Dragonboat that changed me this much. Sighx.
I am going to train very hard soon. I can actually feel the pressure piling up on me. Be it studies, dragonboating or family matters. The stress is unbearable. I just hope my years in poly will end with great memories and I can get on with my personal life. I ain't getting any younger no more! Muhaha..

Had a terrible run today with the peeps. I was pushing myself a lot as I know my running sucks. Mental plays a good role in whatever sports you do and especially running which I'm weak in. Luckily, Lucas and Hanxiong were there to push me. ^^ I had a bad headache after which .. dAnG.

I miss my girl! It's boxing day and she must be busy shopping with all the discounts and sales in UK. Hmm hmm ^^.

Special day today? Yeahx, Dragonboat training starts today for this sem. It was rather lively today as we had NAFA out of nowhere. Everyone was like out of shaped and some even stopped maintaining their body and was slacking during the break. Haha. I had my share of fun but due to the infection on my leg, I skipped 2.4 run again! =x I'll post up below on how lousy I faired at Nafa today.

I could really feel the overwhelming burst of festive season in school. Could see Santa girls walking around school and in the middle of atrium, there's this very big X'mas tree. Stalls were up and there was a bazzar going on. Very happening ..
I would prefer to spend this occasion at home though, unless I get very good offers for a date which I supposely don't think I would. Most of my close friends I reckon, would be out with their girlfriends on this great day. Sentosa New Year Countdown may be?

I skipped my first lesson today for this sem! alright, my bad. Fuck me, jerk ass shit. I practically slacked infront of my PC this morning reluctant to budge off my seat annnd in the end I convinced myself to sms my friend to mark my attendace. =( The last part of the day was fruitful enough especially during gym workout where I did my back today. Solid ^^.

I approached a man who lost his sight just now when I was at the bus stop. I was on my way home and saw this mid 40 guy at the bus stop. I asked him what bus was he waiting for and guided him up the bus when it came before I waited for my bus.
I had the courage to walk up that man willing to give a helping hand because I once had a bad incident with a man with the same blindness mishap. And from time to time, I will see people at bus stops willing to give a hand to them.. , I questioned myself not once but many times, 'Why can't it be me walking forward to open my golden mouth to do something good?'
It's nothing to be proud of but something that everybody should do. I admit I felt awkward at first but, I am happy, very happy in fact that I broke that funny wall infront of me and picked up the courage.
It's a good exprience and I hope everybody will do the same ya ^^


Saturday, hmm. Gym in the morning and I think project tomorrow is screwed because fucking Ian don't wanna pick up my call. That dick is lazy. Sighx, don't even feel like going to town in the late afternoon as I'm seriously broke. Study at home perhaps? Lolx.

I remembered myself smiling in the mirror enjoying the pain in the gym. Whenever I wanted to give up on certain parts of my daily workouts, I smile to myself to motivate myself to keep going on.
I've learnt that things had changed towards this 'motivational' aspect of myself. Lately, when I'm having a hard time in gym or running.. I thought of revenge and I continued pushing myself.. harder .. and harder. Till Sava sprint in March, I'll meet them again.

I hope people around me live life to their fullest and be proud of who you are.

Too tired yesterday to blog as I visited the doctor after a long day of school and gym in the evening to fix my infected ankle. It was THIS BAD, the doctor gave me a dreadful time when he tried fixing my wound =( hard to put it in words .. tormenting.

tada! Was too tired to blog yesterday night when I got back from town. Anywayx, Hanxiong, Nicholas, Ah bee, Eric, Junyan and Me were there. Hanxiong wanted to get his haircut done at FEP but his hairstylist knocked off early so we went to Heeren to get Ah bee's converse shoe. He got himself a cream highcut converse, as I said before, he is a richy ass. But thanks to the Heeren promos now, he got himself a pretty good deal.
After which we went to Cine's food court to have our late dinner and went to Heeren's NYDC to slack. Great way to spend a late night though it was short, I think we needed the gathering also.

I've been a good boy today! Stayed at home the whole day and I cleaned up my cupboard. It had been left untouched since sem 1. urghx, I know. Formatted my PC too as it was getting on my nerves with a stupid virus. Luckily I burned all the precious pictures of mine. whew, doing such things made me feel better but it sure took up a hellva time and patience.

10am class + workout again tomorrow! Yeahx~~ I love my life.

Got to my 10am class 5 minutes late but it was ok. IS classes are just plain boring la.

Old sandals left on the shelf. Wore it out today since my leg is injure and I cannot wear shoes.

Ended school around 3pm and waited for Hanxiong and Ian as their classes ends at 4pm. After which Lucas, Ah bee, Ian, Hanxiong and Me went to town to shop. Ate at far east before we slowly shop around town. Actually the main purpose was that I wanted to get myself a bag.
We came upon heeren and got to know that there is this Xmas voucher thing going on whereby you can buy 8 bucks for a 10 dollar voucher. Thus I decided to get myself a Gola bag at fourth floor annex. $79 bucks - 10%discount off my heeren card which made it $71.20. I bought 7 ten dollars voucher each for eight dollars which saw me saved ..

14 dollars + the 8 bucks 10% discount = 22 bucks saved.

Woke up late for my 9am class today =(. Was up at 830am and rushed to school by cab. 10 minutes late and wasted money on cab fare. Sheesh .. Anywayx, I pretty much enjoyed DAD lesson today as it was new programming language. Seems interesting, and I'm sure I'll have no problem with it ^^
Got home around 2pm and slacked till now. Whew .. asstard boring.

Had a great time with my peeps at Penang though I've got very little sleep over the days at Penang. I'll just give a short recap of what happened over at Penang.

2nd Dec
Tiring day since I was helping out for the wedding since morning. The wedding was held at Shangri la hotel and I was on the registry desk for the wedding checking attendance. Just ate two dishes and I had to rush back to school for the bus heading to Penang. Was very much late and was holding up everybody when I arrived. I slept a lot on the journey as I was tipsy by the drinks at the wedding.

3rd Dec
Reached Penang around 4pm. A sixteen hour trip as the bus broke down a couple of times. zzz.. We checked in the hotel and did some washing up. Overall, I'm pretty satisfied with the rooms. We met around 5+pm and headed for dinner. All the days in Penang, we were having meals at restaurants so we had great meals. Got back to the hotel after dinner and the guys met an hour later and 'Sabo'ed Aaron as it was his birthday. Striped and drew him all over using permanent marker. ^^

4th Dec
Had a irritating morning call. Was up at 5+am for our buffet breakfast. Then prepared for morning PT. It was damn irritating as all of us were bloody tired and I had to run on the streets of msia. The air was like urghhhx. After run, was some aerobics session inside the carpark of the hotel.
Back to the room after aerobics and met half an hour later at lobby again. All of us went to the race course itself and had training. It was at a damp where water came down from the mountains and hills. Very fresh water for drinking too. The place was blessed with wonderful scenery ^^. Saw Safsa there and some msian teams there training. Ended the day with lunch and shopping trip at Island Plaza. I bought two tees there. Ai ya that's it. ( I'm getting tired of this long entry =x )

5th Dec
Race day. Again woke up at 6+ and everybody was like rushing like mad for same breakfast and headed to race course. From what I remember, the teams from Singapore taking part there were Singapore National team, NTU, Tp girls, Safra, Kidney Foundation and Ngee Ann...
Had a wonderful exprience there as the style used there was different. It was my first time see our very own Singapore National team taking part and they were good! Came out first for almost every event they took part.
The overall results were good for NPDB and we had the best results from the other Singaporean teams there besides National team.

I am over 20 ! and didn't get a chance to row with the kids =x Wahaah .. and had to settle for Opens category. I rowed in two events at Penang. 20 men crew Men Open and 20 men crew Mix. Didn't do very well for the Men open but got third at the Mix open. Very happy that I got myself a title in Dragonboating overseas.
Had a long Xmas present exchanging program at the Hotel's function room and after that we had hard liquor for the night secretly at Sam and Rajif's room. Was damn tired.

6th Dec
Set off at 8am and reached Singapore at 10pm. Journey ended and I love the smell of Singapore. Home sweet home.



I will try to get the pictures asap and post them up. Will have my first day of school tomorrow at 9am! Shitos. It's been a fucking long entry and I need to get my beauty sleep...

Was in town for the whole day with her today. Bought a lot of things mainly mine since I had to get new wears for our wedding dinner tomorrow. Ha ^^ ..
Rushed to school to attend the Dragonboat briefing with her just now and went back to town after that. For NPDBers who don't know who is she .. She is the owner of the name on my chest ^^. Had sushi for dinner around 9+. I will be going to Penang tomorrow night half way through the wedding and wouldn't be seeing her for another year since she will be going back to UK after the wedding too.

Penang Pesta Race! I will not be taking part in a lot of the races as I'm not under 20! Poor old man. We're told to have the best of behaviour there as we will be competing with a lot of countries. As representatives of Singapore .. NPDB will rool all yEah ! I will be looking forward to a great new exprience in Dragonboating as there will be various techniques used by foreigners. Good luck to NPDB and Singapore representatives at Penang!

Sitex 2004 was a pretty much boring Pc show. I only managed to sell 2 sets of laptop. Hmm, may be because the competition was big and nobody wanna buy Hp compag laptops. Sigh sigh ..

I went for training today and yesterday immediately when I heard from the peeps that Ah huat was upset over low attendance for preparations for Penang Pesta. Due to my job committment I had to skip trainings. sheesh .. No choice, Short of cash lately! The feeling was great, being back into rowing after Regatta. NPDB's legacy will continue.

Had dinner at PWA. A freaking stupid plate of fried rice. After which I went to Cine to meet her. Saw Yongquan, Waileong, Kevin, Shawn, Kokyi and Joyce at Burger King. I walked around town with her but decided to take a bus home cause all the shops were closing. I took her to eat at CCK central then we went seperate ways.

I'll be shopping for clothes tomorrow in town for decent wear to her brother's wedding on Thursday. Have briefing in school for Penang tomorrow evening too. Sheesh ..

I was like "WtF"? He was less than a few metres away from me in the mrt even though he's on the floor... still I opened the message...

Ian : Eh i ask you i look like beggar anot ? Got umbralla and plastic bag all..
Me replied through sms too.
Me : Yes.

I was laughing like crazy in my heart. Ian bought a Creative Muvo 256mb mp3player that last day of Sitex and they gave him a bloody big plastic and a FREE creative umbrella. That explains why he looked like a beggar. ^^
